Harrah’s may step up for Foxwoods Casino
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — Foxwoods stumbling casino project in South Philly may yet receive a lifeline, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Source apparently told the newspaper Harrah’s is in talks to possibly acquire a 33 percent stake, the report said.
